Called in today for a catering order. The employee did not understand his own catering ordering website and the ordering process. Very frustrating for me to order over the phone. Will be going elsewhere for my business.

I've only been here when the owner is working, he's a very friendly and approachable person. He made my sandwich while obliging me with my questions on the franchise business. I wish they were open till midnight but that's the price u pay to live in the suburbs I suppose. Overall, it's a good Subway restaurant.

I've been to this subway several times (because it's next to my school and my friends like eating there) so I think that I'm qualified to write this review. Let me start off by saying that the place doesn't have that awesome subway smell when you walk in. Instead you get this horribly stale smell that always reminds me of sweat. Next is the food. Now the food is not great; the only reason why it is almost decent is because Subway themselves probably have expectations on what type of food you can use and certain requirements for how much you put. However, I can garuantee that if there weren't any regulations for food quality, that it would also be garbage. Now, for the real reason I'm writing this review. The service. The owner is plain and simple the worst person to have ever been associated with Subway. That's a pretty outstanding achievement considering Jared Fogle. This guy won't let you have one refill for the life of him. Also if you go to this Subway with friends, and one of them doesn't buy any food, but two out of three of you buy a full combo meal, that friend who didn't buy food will either be argued with constantly, will be withheld from using the bathroom, will be mocked, will be forced to buy food (like a cookie or drink), and if none of this works, you'll hear the good old line, "This is my establishment, you are using my resources (napkins and bathroom?) and you are making a mess (by not eating or drinking anything?), I have the right to not let you into my subway. If you don't leave I will call the police". So basically, if you really want subway, I'm personally asking you to not go to this specific subway, because I really want this dude to go into a different profession. He clearly hasn't got the slightest clue on how to run a restaurant and I really don't want to have to go there everytime my friends want subway. Thank you for reading.
