Food is good to okay - depending on what you are ordering. Sometimes the meatball taste like it's probably a day or two old. Other days, it feels fresh. There is usually no line up, so that's a plus. The store is clean and the seating area are nicely kept. The stuffs are nice as well. However, there seems to be a very high rate of employee turnover. I get it that that's common in the food servers industry, but it really stands out at this store. Almost all the staffs that I have seen are very friendly and productive.

several months ago I ordered vege delight. They put very small amount of veges in my bread and then I asked more veges, they refused to give me. my sandwich was like just cheese sandwich.

It's really busy during lunch time but staff is fast and friendly so everything moved along quick.

Staff is terrible, slow and don't like to work. Not to mention tables are dirty too.

Went in at 1am, night staff wasn't wearing hat or apron, didn't wash their hands according to health regulation, and was sorely prepared to make any sandwichs. And said he was out of wraps. I know you pull bags of 12 from a freezer so unless store was out of wraps, no reason for that. It thaws quick, toss one in the microwave.
