Depends on the employee working, but I go twice a month usually and the lunchtime when the service is great. Anytime after that, closer to dinner the service seems a little bitter and the toppings are less then usual. As of last month the restaurant started closing way earlier than the posted times. Close to an hour earlier. Assuming the one gentleman is working alone and can take advantage of being the one to close up.. Go at lunch time, not in the evening. That's the best time to get good service and good subs. Not late because you risk wasting your time because of an early closing..

Debit machine was down after our subs were already made. We could not pay until the machine was "updated" after waiting over 25 minutes we asked if we could just leave for with our subs. The worker got very upset and said that it wasn't his fault and that would not be possible, another person with us was on his lunch break that was a strict 30 minutes and was upset because he either waits and is late for work or leaves and has no food. I complained to HQ and the owner offered me 10% off next purchase. Even though when we go our subs they were cold AND one of them had stale bread. Do not recommend this place to anyone. I understand that things happen, but no need to get angry or give us attitude.

Employee working there barely put any toppings in. Asked for lettuce, only half the footlong sub had lettuce, the other half barely had any. Ask for tomatoes and pickles well you only get 3 slices each...
