Will Not Be Returning. Approx 5pm on May 1st 2017 I ordered 2 pizzas, 1 large pepperoni 1 medium extra cheese. This is what i saw when i got home and opened them up. This is about the 3rd meal that's been disappointing here. The District Manager even served this pizza to me!!! This is what i got when i emailed them and filed a complaint. I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with your pizza. To ensure that our customers receive a consistent product every time at every location, New Orleans Pizza has standard portion amounts for all ingredients. For each pizza the number of pepperoni pieces are counted and the cheese is weighed. As you stated, I made your pizza and therefore I know you received the proper portions as set by our head office.

Pizza is quite expensive. Takes a very long time to get food (usually get quotes 20 mins and ends up being closer to 40) pricing isn't too bad. Bit more expensive than other pizzas in town, but it's a doughier pizza with a bit of a different taste. Definitely has the best panzeratti's in town though.

Had two good time which were great, just as always remembered. Two bad times (1st time 2 of 3 pizzas were burnt black, 2nd time tried to give me salad with brown lettuce, no thanks!)

Mediocre pizza, HUGE price tag. You're better off at one of the other 2 pizza establishments in town...
