Very tasty pizza Good staff

Horrible Staff! I've had 2 bad experiences over the past month here. The first time I asked for no cheese on one of our pizzas and they screwed up and put cheese on. When I called to make them aware of the error they told me they didn't care and there wasn't anything they could do as they delivered the pizza already. I filed a formal complaint and received a gift certificate for the trouble. We then went back a few weeks later and were told by the same staff that they wouldn't recognize the gift certificate or coupons at that store and to drive to another store. When I asked for the manager I was told that he didn't have time to see me. Too bad New Orleans Pizza I've been a loyal customer for years. No more!

Ordered a pizza and found a hair encrusted in a slice I initially brushed that off but then I found more hair throughout the whole pizza which was absolutely disgusting and when I called and told the guy about it in a calm manner he replied simply with "ok" and they have refused to give a refund. Disgusting service, disgusting food. I will be calling head office.

Surprisingly delicious pizza; their vegetarion pizza is very nice and their pepperoni tastes great!
