Super slow and food quality is just not there. I remember such good things when I would hit up a Kentucky Fried Chicken when I was a kid and this isn’t even close. They also do not accept online coupons at this location and were a bit rude about it. Mary Browns it is!

The could not speak very good English so placing an order is painful....they are SO SLOW!!! I have cooked steaks at home faster then they could put a meal together. Will no longer go here anymore

Messed up my order yet again, instead of taco's I got a sloppy wrap that was folded in half and fell apart in the bag. And it was the third time they forgot the gravy but charged me for it. Worst customer service in town, won't be returning for the over priced and over rated chicken. I think everyone deserves a job, but the lack of english speaking people working the window taking orders is such a bad business decision.

Went to KFC with kids.
Had received an email, and a coupon from KFC.ca which I included a link from your own website.
Coupons show valid until October 1st 2017, and today is Sept 15.
Red Deer location advised me "oh we don't honor the online coupons". Of course my reply was "well then who does if it's on KFC website".
They told me they had Red Deer only coupons. So I asked for some, in which they said they didnt have any.
The $14.49 coupon came to just under $25. That's almost double!
That's a great bait and switch if I have ever seen it.
First time I've ever been told a company wont honor a coupon on the national web site.
Won't be returning. Can't trust the pricing.
To boot, this location had "taped" up food certification, frayed on the wall. They had no working cash register customer monitor, so they had no way to effectively communicate the order back to you without reading it all off. And the cashier had no name tag, just a piece of tape. This was very low grade visual from a newly renovated location.
