Food cost is more expensive than need be the place is crowded and the service is slow and not friendly. But we are just tourist here in canada to be gouged at every opportunity.

The lady that waited on me was pleasant. The food was comparable to the Subways I go to in Calgary. I really like the Keurig flavored coffee option. I couldn't have a breakfast sandwich because this location no longer carries egg whites only. I have an allergy to the yolk & sincerely hope that all the locations aren't the same. I could no longer get my favorite breakfast sandwiches from Subway.

Food was good. Quantity was appropriate. But poor customer service experience was not good.
