Banff Sushi House

Hands down the best sushi I've had in Canada. The food, experience and price were all only matched by what I had in Tokyo. Food: The sushi was well portioned. Rice was soft, fresh and didn't have the stale, vinegar flavour of cheap sushi. The fish was incredibly fresh, served just a little bit colder than room temperature and draped elegantly over the sushi. Experience: Bar seating like you'd find in any conveyor belt sushi in Tokyo. Sushi Chef stands in the middle filling up the plates as you take them, and is available for you to order something special if he doesn't have it on the train. Price: $3.50 for a pair of salmon nigiri, can't really do much better than that. The most expensive thing was the aburi salmon nigiri for $7.50 a pair, but you could easily have an excellent meal for

Fast friendly service. No frills and fuss just excellent food at reasonable prices.

Delicious sushi 🍣 they also offer a unique experience for first timers because they put their sushi on the mini train. Overall a great experience 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Got here just before it got busy, service very good, food was really good (my wife is Japanese and we eat a lot of sushi 😁 )! we were recommended to try this place from a high end restaurant in Lake Louise. So glad we did! It was a bit more expensive than we were used to, but this is a resort town and it was not to expensive for the quality of food we had. Thanks Banff sushi house! Next time we are back this way, we'll be back!
