Hot and ready is a great slogan, but it usually neither hot nor ready.  I have made that point to management multiple times, but nothing changes.

Tonight I went to get one at 9:45, only to find out that they closed at 9:30.  The staff at least tried to help.  No hot and ready (again) but they offered me and old, and slightly burned box.  I should have gone across the street to Pizza Hut, but I took their offer.

Quick, prompt quality. The staff wear gloves when they're prepping food and they're not too busy for lineups

Decent staff, wish they delivered, would use them much more often. Deep dish stuffed crust pizza way better than pizza huts frozen cheese sticks crust pizza, gooey as cheese should actually be. I only buy their deep dish pepperoni pizzas and Italian seasoning cheese bread. Their regular round pizza looks questionable.

I do enjoy the pizza, but there is never any ready. Ever. Always have to wait at least 15 minutes.

I've had better pizza from the same franchise elsewhere . Should have stuck to my regular place in Markham. Ordered the veggie pizza, deep dish , veggies were old & very few , base was horrible & tasteless. Don't waste your money there .
