Great service, especially at morning rush time. Good food - one bagel was a little too well-toasted.

Worst Tim Norton's I'm a local, which means I'm here once sometimes twice a day. Never have they gotten my drive thru coffee order right, and anytime ive tried to get a donut or muffin i show up to the window to be told they dont have anymore. You're always waiting for at least 10 minutes as they always seem to have staff who never know what theyre doing. Staff is always rude and act like my ordering is an inconvience. Try to avoid this tims and wait until youre in madoc or belleville.

Doesn't even deserve a star. Terrible customer service. At least 12 people working with only one person taking orders inside and one at the drive through. Bagel hardly toasted and attitude of the training staff member horrible. Everyone else standing around and talking, none to a customer. Washrooms ice cold and need renovations. Overall terrible experience. Good luck!!!

Thank you Tweed Tim Hortons for always having a fresh coffer. Over the years some of the staff has changed but they are always helpful....traveling with children or infants can be difficult but you have been our favorite stop for over 15 years.... Keep up the good work

Nice staff in general very slow drive through need more dedicated staff
