As a younger and highly active athlete, seeing Dr. Payne weekly was pivotal in my recovery, and the permanent adjustments/exercises I'm left with have excelled my performance and daily mobility/overall health. Thanks to everyone at AVANT, I can feel like the best version of myself!
Dr Payne is very knowledgeable and kind. He will take time to explain his observations and suggest rehabilitation exercises along with the chiropractic care if applicable. In addition to manual adjustments, the clinic also offers traction which can make great changes in your posture without invasive surgery. Highly recommended.
