Studio Nails - Sherwood Park Mall

This is not a high end place. But they do a good job and my nails seem to last as long as other places. Staff don’t chat with customers much. So if you want to get your nails done and not talk much or play on your phone...then this is that place. Likely the sanitization procedures are not up to par like high end salons. They have massage chairs with attached jetted foot baths. It’s often busy but they fit you in quickly. No appointment needed.

This place is awful - rude and overpriced. They will charge you extra for anything they can. $5 extra for a new set of acrylic nails that I'm paying $65 for to be medium length. They charge extra for length? I've never heard of this. They also charged me an additional $5 to have a different color painted on two of my nails. Again, I have never been charged for this. To top off the terrible experience, she cut my hand with her drill and was rude when I asked for advice on nail shape. Big thumbs down. The staff are absolutely terrible.

Okay so I've gone to this location nemerous times in the last 8 years and left very disappointed. I went because it was convenient but ended up never going again for a very long time. I decided to try this place out again why I wasn't to sure but anyways the last time I went she did an amazing job and I was so happy with them. I was going to make a review then but never did because I wanted to try them one more time. So I did today and left extremely happy. There is one specific lady there that made my experiences awesome. She coversated with me and was very kind. I didn't catch her name but she sits at the front of the salon to the right on the left hand side of the their station. I will be deffinatly going back to see her.

This did not meet up to my standards. Seriously, $50 for white tips when literally all my nails started to lift off in the span of 2 days? I decided to get my nails done before I went for my trip & everything I would touch or do gentley my nails would come off without notice & I wouldn't know till I actually looked at them. One by one it all started to come off. The girl that had did them on me was so aggressive & wouldn't communicate with me & she would just pull on my hand to get it in the right position but where were her manners? She gave me a small cut on one of my fingers when she was trying to put a nail on & I didn't notice that till she put some alcohol spray on it. I don't suggest coming here because for myself I am never coming here again. I could go get cheap nails at Walmart for $10 & do them better. I didn't pay $50 for nails to stay on for 2 days when it should last for 2-3 weeks
