Very disappointed with my hair cut. Lack of knowledge and was not very gentle when brushing my hair. Will not be returning or recommending this salon. I will be getting my hair cut fixed at another salon.

I moved to Sherwood Park 2 years ago and having to leave my hairdresser after 6 years was very hard. So trying different salons here was quite the experience. I had bad hair cuts must say. Until I went to Chatters and had Ashlyn cut my hair. She was wonderful. I have very fine straight hair so I keep it short. I told here what I wantediluvian and she did just that. ....great job indeed. Do I have going to Ashlyn now every 5 - 6 weeks for 2 years. 😊

Only went here because I had a gift card. The employees were nice, very friendly, but I felt like the job they did didn't match the price. It was not at all what I asked for. I've done better at home with box dye as far as accuracy goes. For a higher end salon I was expecting more, and for the quote I got and the bill I received I definitely was expecting a better job. It didn't look bad, they didn't ruin my hair, it was just really not what I asked for. Wouldn't recommend this place, there's a bunch of little salons in Bonnie Doon mall that charge half the price this place does and if they're any good at all they'll be more accurate too.

Walked in for a haircut, was seated right away, stylist was awesome, got a great hair cut
