Phenomenal. As a first time buyer, I went to a handful of shops around the city and Strozzi's had by far the best service and selection. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for I didn't even know what that was and I couldn't be happier with my new glasses!
