I purchased my Dita sunglasses on the internet directly from Dita in Japan. I popped into Spareparts to get the frames fitted and was told by the customer service woman that if she damaged the frames when fitting the glasses, she could not be held responsible and they would not replace my glasses. I definitely did not feel confident that she was skilled enough to do the job and left the store. Do not get your glasses fitted here!

Very rude staff here. Was rather shocked at the way the female assistant shouted at my wife not to try on the glasses. If the glasses cannot be tried on then partition that area from the public. I appreciate many people steal glasses but there is simply no reason to be aggressive and rude. We headed off to Nordstrom, 150 meters away, and bought a pair there rather. The staff could spend more time helping clients instead of chatting to each other and perhaps they won't then need to shout at customers.

Great new addition to Pacific Centre! The store carries a bunch of top sunglass and watch brands that are harder to find like Celine, Tom Ford, Moscot, DW, etc. Prices are considerably cheaper than stores like Nordstrom or Holt. Staff were super knowledgeable and helpful too. Recommend!

Trendy quartz watches and sunglasses. They have no spare parts like watchbands, despite the name. Staff was on cell phone the entire time we were in the store.
