Very good at fixing my uppababy vista's brake. It's a bit far to drive there but totally worth the trip. Staff was friendly, efficient and experienced with strollers. Estimated the time and suggested me to grab a coffee nearby. They are done before I finished the hot chocolate. I parked at nearby Foodbasics and Shoppers for free.

This was SUCH a positive experience. I am generally such a grump whenever I have to buy or repair anything because I always feel annoyed at having to spend money when it’s so rare to have good service AND good quality work in the same interaction. Stroller Rescue was exactly what I wish every shopping experience could be like. The women running the business were so friendly, down to earth, yet professional. Their rates were way better than what I was quoted elsewhere and they took so much care to actually check if they had the replacement part I needed, and then notice and fix a bunch of other small things with my stroller that were quick for them to do and made my experience using the stroller 1000x better. I felt weirdly happy to give them money at the end of it because it was like I was supporting people and a business that I believers in. I just wish they would diversify and start repairing cars too, it’s exactly the ethos you want in a car mechanic, or really anyone fixing anything for you. Don’t consider anywhere else, they are the BEST.

My stroller had been damaged by sunwing and months later I was finally able to speak with someone. Chantal was the person assigned to my case and I couldn’t be happier. She took the time to go through different options to help me with my reimbursement, which unfortunately didn’t workout. However, she has such great customer service skills, responds quickly as well. I really appreciate the help you offered me Chantal! Continue your good work!

Damaged stroller through a sunwing flight. About 6 days between the initial report to sunwing and the dispatched replacement from Stroller Rescue. Thought the process would be a nightmare but it wasn't at all, huge relief and many thanks to Nicole for making it so easy.

We have an Uppa Baby Vista stroller and the brake was broken. Stroller Rescue did a very good job repairing it! Great customer service!!! I highly recommend it to everyone who needs there stroller fixed.

Discovered Stroller Rescue through a neighbourhood parents group and it came highly recommended by many people. They were able to revitalize our severely salt damaged stroller and bring it back to life. On a personal note, one of the owners, Chantal, was extremely helpful and friendly — she really put a personal touch on the experience in getting to know me as a customer and providing great advise and support. Definitely a great place to visit for stroller cleaning an repairs

My stroller was damaged when I flew with Sunwing Airline so I submitted a claim. The claim got me to work with Stroller Rescue and Chantal walked me through the whole process. Within 48 hours, she ordered my stroller brand new to my home address.

Incredible service, quick responses, they cleaned and fixed and provided useful advice, and ultimately left with a sparkling four year old stroller. Reinvigorated it for my second baby! So appreciative of a service like this. Highly recommend! And they didn’t shame me for having a really filthy stroller!!! ‍

Our neighbors very graciously gave us their Uppababy Vista stroller which needed a good cleaning. Chantal was extremely helpful and helped to arrange a pick-up and drop-off for a small fee. This was super convenient since we don't own a car and we live in the East end of Toronto.  They are also so quick to respond to emails it made the whole process so easy and stress-free! I would highly recommend!! They even went out of their way to help me find an adapter that is inexpensive for my stroller. Extremely professional and goes out of their way to provide a great customer experience.
