Great experience! Tegan was fantastic and gave me the most painless waxing experience I’ve ever had. Very friendly staff and they are very clean. There was no double dipping whatsoever. Very impressed, I will return.

I feel like any of the ratings that are under five are completely inaccurate to the experience I had here! the staff and store was professional and clean and super friendly! I had expressed that I had a horrible experience with waxing before and they did everything to make me feel comfortable. I had Shannon for a Brazilian and she was absolutely brilliant! She was quick and professional, and kept me talking the entire time to keep me distracted. She was fast but I never at one point felt like I was being rushed. She was very knowledgeable in after care as well... if your concerned about sensitive skin UPGRADE TO HARD WAX. Seriously was such an easy and fun experience! Ten stars!

Been here twice, great service both times. Never felt rush. Both times the lovely ladies were very pressional. Will definitely come back!

Poor quality of the service and also the job was not done as it is expected from a place focused on the only waxing. It is my second time getting upset about visiting them. The first time I gave a chance and did not write a bad review because they corrected the mistake for free, but still I had to come back and spend time. The second time along with poor quality of service I was charged a full amount although the hair was not removed as expected and shoud be.
