Very happy with both my experiences here and will continue to return. Daniella is a doll and does a great job with cutting and coloring my hair. She is very informative and gives exactly what i ask for. When i needed my hair trimmed and was hesitant to cut off a little more than i wanted she didnt push me at all and gave me the option to keep the amount that i wanted. In the end i asked her to trim what i originally had asked her not to and i was so much happier for it and loved my hair and the feel. Feeling confident after a Hair appointment is a rare experience for me so it doesn't go unnoticed. :)

I’ve searched high and low for someone to do my hair exactly the way I want it and about a year ago I came to refresh who recommended I work with Katrina on my curly hair. I’ve never found anyone that can do my hair as well as her - whether I come in for a cut, style or color- I always trust her and walk out feeling super confident. I have recommended her to all my friends and would to anyone looking for some fun, relaxing, pampering time with someone who you can trust knows what they’re doing.

Katrina is an inexperienced stylist. She is very unprofessional and immature. She has horrible customer service. Regrettably she colored my hair. The front of my hair line was a different color than the rest of my head. She told me she would fix it, I called her the next day to book and she was extremely rude. I ended up going to a different Salon to have it fixed. Do not waste your money.

I love my hair. I love my hair every time I get it done here and I have been coming for about 5 years. All stylists are superb with Allison being my favourite.
