Pure Nail Bar

Went with my bridal party for a private event. Everyone was happy with their service and had a great time. They were very accommodating.

I hate to complain but I can't help but voice my disappointment. I looked up a contact email for the business but I could not find one. I had a pedicure today at the Port Moody location by a woman named Sonja. I am 38.5 weeks pregnant and was looking forward to some MUCH needed TLC and my last pedicure before delivering my baby. Of all the women in the nail bar I was the last to arrive at 2:30 and the first one finished at 2:50 My pedicure was a whole 20 minutes long and consisted of zero effort from my nail tech. My service was rushed and sloppy. I asked the client next to me what type of service she had booked since hers was much more thorough and enjoyable looking than mine - she had also booked a pedicure. I could have asked my husband to do my toes and he would have done a better job than what I had received. Upon paying I mentioned to the girl at the front my disappointment in my 20 minute service. I paid for my service and was on my way. In my opinion - I will not be returning nor would I recommend this business. I will likely go to a different salon this weekend to relive my final pedicure before baby arrives.

If you go to Chloe or Hanna, they're amazing. I can't recommend them enough. Always very happy with their work and their customer service. They deserve five stars! However, I've been booked with someone else who apparently only works Sunday's. She came across as miserable and did a terrible job.

This place is terrible! I would have been better off not getting a pedicure. My feet ended up more dry and in need of a pedicure then before I went in. The lady rushed exfoliating my feet. I don't even remember getting a massage. Customer service was definitely lacking. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Worlds worst nail salon. They did gel fill over my acrylic saying its would be just fine. 3 days later they all started to pop off. I called to ask why and they said Id have to remove my nails and redo them with gel... but heres the catch Id still have to pay $50 AFTER I just payed $50 three days ago! Thats $100 in total for my nails!! Are you kidding me! Worst of all the customer service is a JOKE! I'll never come here again and will tell all my ladies to stay away!
