We just had our 2016 Highlander serviced and detailed there. Very impressed, Megan in service dept is outstanding, she checked out my Car before she let me leave...... Impressive.

Campbell River Toyota is a low pressure, high quality dealership! They treat you as family when you come in and don't try to upsell you like at a lot of car dealerships! Highly recommended!

I have been getting my car serviced here since 2010 but on my last visit this month, the service (engine oil and yearly) was less than expected. I was recommended to get my front brakes serviced and flushed so I went home and made an appointment request online but I did not hear back at all. So, instead I got them here in Comox and I saved money too because they said I didn't need to service the rear wheel brake service because the corrosion was mild. This place also checked the engine oil and told me it was low. So, the technician at Strathcona did not put in enough oil. I checked it myself and it was low so I had to buy oil.
