Coastline Mazda

Good minor service. Excellent job of cleaning car inside and out. A friendly driver took me home Friday night and took me back to the garage Saturday when my Mazda 5 was ready. Good job of explaining what was done to the car and the result of the checks.

Thank you Allan, Stephanie and Cheryl and Jerry for what turned out to be a great experience! Special thanks to all actually! Each team member on the retail floor contributed their own strengths in making sure I was able to drive away with what I was hoping for!! Wow! :) A very special thanks to Allan for your patience and guidance throughout the whole experience! But again , not to take away from any one of those who contributed in making this a great experience. Oh, and the car ( 2017 cx-5 ) is as awesome as I am expecting it to be a month later! My Nissan Sentra was emitting a sound that had me concerned. I’m new to the area and a colleague confidently referred me to Coastline Mazda. Christina in service and John in the shop were efficient, professional and kind and my concern allayed. The atmosphere is comfortable as well. Thank you Coastline Mazda for your excellent service!

Quick and stellar service and delivery of new cars with an impeccable service team that spent more than enough time with me picking out the right wheels and tires! The coffee kind of sucks but I figured we can let that slide considering the quality of service here 👌

Excellent services at Coastline Mazda Campbell River, we had our regular service done on our 2016 Mazda, the team at Coastline Mazda done a great job. On time & a free car wash inside & out.
