Was pretty disappointed in Owl Island Trucks. My partner and I went in looking to purchase a vehicle. Test drive one we had our eyes on, but weren’t fully sold on it. We inquired about the large writing on the building that said “Special orders don’t upset us” and he said to go on their web page and fill out what we were looking for. So we did. Never heard back, not even a follow up. We were pretty disappointed as we had heard great things, not to mention we love putting our money back into our community and independent businesses. Ended up buying our new vehicle elsewhere. I no longer recommend them.

Ben and the team are outstanding! Genuine customer service like theirs is rare and these guys will go to any lengths to make sure you are happy! I’ve never sent a friend to Ben and not had them thank me! You won’t be disappointed!

I haven't been to Island Owl Truck yet but I plan to in the near future. The guys there treated my friend so awesome and made sure she got her dream vehicle. Her rave reviews of them has made me commit to buying my next vehicle from these young, local guys tryin' to make an honest living!. See you soon Ben & Sterling!!

Ben was quick to reply, and very helpful. I was confident enough to buy a Scion xB from him sight unseen, and he brought it to me in Victoria the same day I asked him to. He's been helpful after the purchase as well, and I fully recommend Island Owl!
