Stratham Tire

I have used this Stratham Tire a few times now, and I'm always pleased with the work they do and the reasonable fees. They have always contacted me if any issues arose, allowing me to decide what I would like to do. They are thorough when performing inspections and have never tried to 'pull one over' on me by telling me I need more work than I really do (unlike some other local chain mechanics). This summer I needed four (due to it being all wheel drive, you have to replace all 4 at once) new tires for my Audi TT Quattro, and I was headed out for a cross country trip in two days, so time was of the essence. The person who helped me not only recommended the same tires I had been looking at online, but the price was the same as the lowest price online. Also, their cost included the mounting, balancing, valve stem, etc. which were additional costs if I bought the tires online. The tires arrived the next day, and they were able to mount them while I worked. Great service!

These guys came recommended from Todd's Touch in Somersworth. I drove in and they knew my name and what I was looking for just based on a previous conversation with them over the phone when scheduling the appointment. The manager on at the time (Pete or Mike maybe?) came out and took a look and recommended an alternate solution to my problem and saved me money. Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service, will absolutely be heading back for any tire needs.
