My experience at Town Fair Tire was absolutely atrocious. I had booked an appointment for 3pm on Friday, December 1 the previous Friday, November 24. My service was for 4 new tires, with studs on a 2016 Mustang. I arrived at 2:45 and checked in with the desk, and also paid at that time. I was informed that the service would take about 2 hours, maybe a little more due to the studding of the tires. I left the store to do a little Christmas shopping at the Target in the same parking lot. At around 4:45, I walked back over to the Town Fair Tire, to see that the vehicle was still in the same spot in which I parked. I walked into the store, and asked about how long it was going to take, and nobody could seem to give me an answer. My girlfriend ended up picking me up for dinner around 5:30, with the vehicle still not being worked on. We arrived back around 6:45, with the vehicle finally in the garage bay. My girlfriend ended up finally picking the vehicle up when it was driven out of the garage bay about 10 minutes later, only after asking again the status of the job. She spoke a salesman, named Kevin, who was apologetic, and did try to remedy the situation with a few discounts he could use for our service. However, if an appointment is made, and a customer is assured the job would take about 2 hours, and the vehicle doesn't move until that 2 hour time frame was almost up, something needs to be done. I've always had great experiences at Town Fair Tire in the past, and unfortunately, I don't think that I'll be returning, for any type of service in the future.

If I could rate this a zero, even that would be too generous. This is the second time I've had a bad experience here. Over a year ago, I bought tires and was told I would be in the bay within a half an hour. An hour later when I walked back from shopping, the vehicle is still sitting where I parked it. Today, dropped off and asked when it would be ready. I was told by 4, and since the store hours are only until 4, I got there to pick up a little early. To my dismay, just like last time, still sitting in the same spot, with the old tires still on. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me... I won't be giving them a chance to get me a third time.

I’ve had nothing but an awful experience with this place. The service is terrible. When i make an appointment i expect my vehicle to be taken inside at that time and done correctly for 1, and for 2 that it’s done in a timely manor. Neither of those things apply to my experience with the Town Fair Tire of Somersworth NH. Very unlikely i will ever so business there again.

I have been sitting in the waiting area for 3 hours. I had an 1130 appointment and was here on time. I was told 2 hours when I arrived. At 2+45 hours i asked the attendant if he could check on my car. I got a “probably about another 40 minutes”! Totally regret spending $1100 on snows here. Next time I will go somewhere with better customer service even if they charge more.

Tremendously slow. No particular reason why. I, as well as several others waited around after being told several times it will be done earlier than it was. Over 2 hour wait for i and a 3 hour wait for another individual to mount and balance 4 tires. Insane. If it's going to be 3 hours tell me it's going to be 3 hours rather than string me along keeping me here.
