I admit it. I'm a "Wal-Mart Guy". This store's location is great and there is plenty of parking. Reasonable and competitive prices for a wide variety of top-quality products. Customer service is exceptional and your time "waiting in line" to pay for your goods isn't always that long pending on the time of day, of course. The long lines have become much shorter with the self-checkout lanes, conveniently located nearby both exits to the store.

This Wal-Mart is a nice store. The employees have always been kind. Our store adventure yesterday brought tears to my eyes. I was waiting for my daughter by the restrooms with my grandson. He was curious about the electric wheelchair shopping cart. While I was explaining to him how it worked and who needs to use them, in came an elderly man pushing a cart with his can in the cart. The greeter told the man that she had the electric wheelchair all charged for him. She noticed he was not himself and asked what was wrong. She was so caring. I like that Wal-Mart has the greeters at the door and most of the time its the same people. You get to kind of know them. Its nice seeing a friendly face

Almost always has decent prices, good variety, friendly/helpful staff when you need them and for such a big store it's usually pretty well organized and clean. Self check out is a life saver though because they tend to be short staffed on cashier help.

This is the closest Walmart for Dover residents. I personally prefer the one in Portsmouth as it is bigger and has less people. I think for a supercenter this Walmart is definitely lacking. There are a lot of unavailable items. However, there is plenty of parking, and this Walmart also has its own gas station.

This is a Walmart Supercenter which means more goods, garden departments, seasonal department, bigger varieties to buy, more services (photo print...). There is a gass pump nearby with pretty good prices of gasoline. Quite good return policy. Overall decent shopping experience.
