I called for service on my pellet stove and the repairman, Dave, was out the next day, diagnosed the problem and fixed my stove. I was very pleased with the service.

Fast and efficient repair work. However did not check out the health of the stove. Probably my fault as I did not ask.

Best customer service ever! Bruce was able to walk me through winterizing my wood boiler over the phone and through text message. I got his name through a You tube channel that I follow and he was really helpful. I can not recommend this store more. GREAT GREAT GREAT! Thank you from someone that is new to cold weather and needed extra help.

My husband and I bought our wood stove 4 years ago from this stove shop, recently we noticed our stove needed some minor maintenance. This being our first wood stove, I stopped in with pictures on my phone unsure of what to expect. In an instant he pulled up our file and answered all questions we had in a matter of minutes, which were all normal wear and nothing alarming. I’m so happy we had to foresight to buy from here, with the experience and customer service, you can’t ask for more. We purchased a great stove from a great shop.

We purchased 2 Pellet stoves 5 years ago. Always willing to help. If you need parts, services in your home, or advice for for a " do it yourself " type with back up advice always available. You will be pleased with the service and the way you're treated in this shop.

So far I've been extremely pleased... I've replaced an auger motor and a convection blower which they had both in stock... plus they will bench test the part for you to make sure that it's a non working part... No wasted $$$$ I also placed myself on their spring clean out of my stove for very reasonable price... I'd recommend Somersworth Stove for anyone needing parts or service...
