Excellent customer service representatives. The staff at Storewell are exceedingly friendly, informative, and helpful. They made a confusing, difficult process very painless and easy. Both the Etobicoke and Mississauga locations have very professional management, and affordable pricing. Overall very pleasant experience thanks to Storewell's lovely staff.

Best storage! I highly recommend this place. Staff is so friendly and respectful. Price is the lowest in the area. I am so happy to have found this place for my belongings.

Pay every 28 days so each month the due date is 2 or 3 days earlier than the previous month. Never the same due date. Late few are hefty.

As storage facilities go, Storwell in Mississauga has shown us the best customer service, is secure, clean and open 24/7 (very important when we forget something and need it 'now"). We've been customers for 5 years and the staff are always very pleasant, helpful and professional. Our units have always been clean, pest free, dry and well ventilated. When we changed units for different sizes, staff were very helpful by arranging for and notifying us when nearby units became available, making changing units easier and more convenient for us. Fees for changing to different size units were pro-rated to the day of the change without having to ask! We appreciate the courtesy calls/emails when it's time to update payment information. And my kids always enjoy a few cookies when we go into the office!
