U-Haul Moving & Storage of Oakville

I didn't want to do this but i had it. I was charged extra months even after i left. I agreed on a 2 month contract and because they had my credit card number they charged me 6 extra months. just beware of this people and its business. i wont recommend it. service is bad and they are always on the go with something else. don't use them

Great service. Got exactly what I paid for no hassles. Can't complain. Rented a truck for moving.

The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I never complain about businesses but we were treated so poorly by the manager at this location that I had to speak up. Not only did she yell at us, for her building having a water leak that damaged our belongings, she also double charged us for an additional unit. We set up automatic payments and the company still sent us notices that we hadn't paid (even though we had and on time). Then when we finally were going in to FINALLY get all our stuff out of there they had locked us out even though on multiple occasions we called to tell them of their mistake and they agreed with us. Never once did we receive an apology. If it wasn't for a manager at a different UHaul location we would say don't go to uhaul. But its not uhaul, it's just this storage facility. Avoid it at all costs!!
