Public Storage

It started out as a short term solution and turned into a 5 years solution of storage of personal items. During my time of using this facility I have been happy with all aspects of Public Storage. The facility Is very clean, staff frequently visits the floors and the temperature controlled atmosphere always perfect when visiting and working in the unit. The storage facility we recommend when serving our customers in South Mississauga/Oakville is Public Storage. Not only because of the convenient location, security and climate controlled units; but also the wonderful staff. Staff is knowledgeable, patient and always provides a great experience for the customer.

I am very happy with the staff at this location. I have had to change payment methods twice and they helped ease the transition process with no difficulty. They are often friendly and ready to help. I had hoped that the special lock I bought for the Oakville location would work at this one too, but they differ per franchise, so I had to buy a second lock.

Chris and Iolanda were very helpful, courteous and professional in assisting us in selecting the right size unit to meet our needs. Chris took the time to show several lockers and made helpful suggestions on how to use the space. The facility is clean and well maintained. The rates are reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this location.

Amazing service. Working with Iolanda, took away a large portion of stress surrounding our upcoming move. She is a pleasure to work with. The facility is very well maintained. I felt safe at all times, and would absolutely not hesitate to recommend them. 5 stars all the way!

Needed storage and needed it fairly quick. I logged on to the website and within 24 hours I had a unit reserved. Went to the facility last night to sign the paperwork and drop off my lock. In and out the door within 25 minutes. The staff was excellent and the storage site was clean and bright. Looking forward to the move this weekend!
