My first time using this self-storage facility and I was very impressed with the level of customer service, easy access to the storage units as well as the quality and cleanliness of the facility. Climate controlled and washroom facilities. I would highly recommended
Don’t bother dealing with the jerk at this location. The unit was supposedly 4x6 but if you pull out your tape measure it’s easy to see the usable space is smaller than that. I called to inquire what they had and just shared off hand that I had initially set up over at Storguard Burnaby but found this location a little more convenient. Jerk face didn’t hear me when I told him twice that I hadn’t signed anything yet at Burnaby. Unit offered here was also dirty and they don’t offer the 25% discount for your first few months because “they don’t have too”. I didn’t like his attitude and he responded that he thought I was a jerk too, so good enough. Going happily back to Garry and the crew at Burnaby. Save yourself the haughty attitude and dirty, smaller than advertised lockers. Go to Burnaby and talk to Garry, you’ll be glad you did.
Customer service was awesome. Great to deal with the guys that we’re at the front desk very easy and convenient. We are happy to be part of your franchise and the store our belongings there.
From my first call to Storguard, to inquire about the facility, the customer service was great! Very friendly, they listened to what I needed, took my contact information down because they were full at the time and reassured me they would call when something came available. That they did! Alfred and his team at Coquitlam Storguard went above & beyond from the beginning of the process with the storage units. Many laughs were had with Alfred!! The facility is very nice and secure, and great pricing!! I highly highly recommend Storguard for your storage unit needs, and ask for Alfred as you are guaranteed a wonderful customer service experience! I absolutely love my unit here , clean and easy to access , the location is perfect! I’m super impressed with the service as well . Highly recommend to choose Storguard.
New, clean facility with easy access. The price was very affordable compared to other storages roughly half the price for same size. I rented a 5' x 10' for about $100/month. You need to bring your own lock. The rent is month-by-month which is also nice for those looking for short-term rental. If you frequent the car wash next door, they also give you a gift certificate for signing up. TL;DR new, clean, affordable short-to-long-term storage.
I'm incredibly happy with my experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. The building is clean and there are washrooms which in my experience has been rare for a self-storage. The units are huge. Incredible vertical height. I could fit a whole house in a 10x10 almost! It's also very conveniently located. I always come to the storage when I need to wash my car as Shine Auto Wash is right next door. I will be a customer for a very long time.

Storguard is probably by far the best storage I’ve used ... and I have experienced a good number over the last 15 years. Perfect location, climate controlled, great and weather-friendly access to the storage units via the bays, super clean and extra-friendly & helpful staff ... this will likely be our permanent storage place. At some point, as their business gets busier, am optimistic that they will extend their hours. Congratulations on the new business!!!
Facility Coquitlam location dry, clean and well maintained, and every interaction we had with staff was polite and helpful. We would recommend to anyone looking for short or long term storage. Excellent service for sure!
