Storage for Your Life - Coquitlam

I've been a client at the Coquitlam Storage For Your Life facility for several months. From the start I've found Alicia to be approachable, informative, compassionate and very accommodating. I've had to deal with some unpredictable circumstances and am always grateful for Alicia's prompt replies to my email and phone requests. It's a huge relief to know my belongings are safe in a secure and well taken care of facility. When I recently found out that there is shredding services available, I was thrilled. And the price is very affordable! I highly recommend the Storage For Your Life facility in Coquitlam.

Great place. The lady working here is very friendly and keeps the place very clean. I hope that she is a long term employee as we have went through a number of staff members during our stay ithe past 5 years and she is by far the best.

Great service from the girl at the counter she was super helpful as I had no idea what I needed. Got all stocked up with supplies to pack and move items into my new storage box.

Great place for businesses as they accept deliviers at no charge and the manager Alicia is awesome at letting us know when anything arrives. The place is clean safe.

We booked a locker and had to move things in on a Saturday. We were not able to access our locker even after confirming with the sales associate who assured us we would be able to access on a Saturday. Code that was given to us did not work and we had to pay extra storage fees with a different company until we could contact this company and fix the problem. Afterwards, contacting the company we were given the local regional manager's phone number who was able to resolve our issue very quickly. Thank you Kelly-"Storage For Your Life" for your prompt and professional response and making our experience a positive one.
