Public Storage

Awesome team. Great personnel, especially the manager, Faith Hiemstra, whom has been always helpful with all the means she could to satisfy our needs either me and/or my wife. Faith has been a great manager lady who we enjoyed dealing with at public storage by braid station. I definitely recommend this place for whom is seeking a safe, affordable location for storage and on top of that very nice people who do their best to help.

I have received wonderful service at the PS on Braid street. I was very confident after I left the site that my belongings were safe, dry and well taken care of. Faith, the manager, a friendly face in a difficult time has taken great care of me. I highly recommend Public Storage and especially the Braid Street location.

I have had a lot of experience with different storage lockers and after coming back a few time s to Public storage I have finally realized that they have been and will be perfect for what Im looking for. Part of what i look for is great customer service. Moving stuff is stressful enough and the staff here have helped make my day easier. I especially have to thank Faith at the braid location. Faith has been the person I have dealt with the last few times I've been there and she will go above and beyond for her customers. She was even shoveling snow to get my u haul up the hill , it was crazy hard and she completely toughed though it with me. Thank you Faith !!! I also appreciate the piece of mind this place gives me....knowing my stuff is in a clean and secured storage facility takes the worry off my shoulders. Im currently a happy customer :)

Very clean no rat. Staff is very nice nice lime Paris is very polite and sweet. Manager their faith is probably one of the best storage managers I've dealt with as a tenant and an auction buyer. Always willing to help you anyway she can. I recommend renting from 94 braid St public storage.

I had a great experience at Public Storage Braid. Jun was very nice and professional, answered my questions in a knowledgable way. He gave me a tour of the facility making it easy for me to return by myself. I wasn't sure what to expect but I left feeling glad I had left my belongings in their safekeeping. The grounds are also well maintained and clean. I would highly recommend storing your important belongings with Jun and the rest of the employees at Braid PS!
