Stay away. My recurrent credit card payment failed and they notified me two months later when I already had a bill of almost $300 for what should have been $140. In the meantime i continued receiving standard emails from them but none informing me that my automatic payment had failed. One of their employees (Marcel) handled my case in a very unprofessional and rude way. His manager Federic was very polite but did not manage to remove any of the ridiculous fees that I accrued because my payment was late. The company is just looking to make money in abusive ways, stay away!

Excellent service. The care taker was very helpful. He even helped me carry my couch down to my unit. Excellent prices, don't miss on the 1 month free offer!

I called wishing to speak to a human being during regular daytime hours. Acceptable, perhaps, that human beings step away from their phones. Not acceptable? That the message machine cuts you off after 5 seconds, repeatedly. 
Other than that, I haven't been there in person so I can't comment personally on the conditions of the facility.
