We had booked a 10' truck and got a confirmation on the website. I later got a call from Uhaul stating that the 10' truck was not available and they will give me a 9' cargo van. take it or leave it!!! We wanted the 10' truck specifically because of the cargo height requirement. Also Collision Damage Waiver on the website is $15 which we opted for. It costs $18 at the rental! Not very happy and feel cheated.

rented a van to take by night, the web app service didnt trust it was me on my license so we were told it was reported to the morning after. we arrived the morning after and they had rented the van we were supposed to take without telling us, only to say we were rescheduled at 3pm. meanwhile, i had to take the morning off work in extremis because of the night before. we were lucky enough that they had one other left but... the battery of the truck was so low that leaving on the emergency flashers for half an hour killed it and we had to wait another half hour to get boosted...
