I recently used ASAP for two moves and it was a pleasure to deal with them from beginning to end. Eric was incredibly helpful and patient over the phone during numerous conversations, and responded to my emails and texts immediately. Alex easily accommodated my last-minute requests. A huge thank you to the three movers, Stephan, Frank and Justin, who were punctual, efficient and very easy-going. Justin was especially kind to my elderly mother and put her at ease throughout the move. I recommend ASAP highly and would not hesitate to hire them again.

My experience with Alex and Vlad of Asap Moving was unbelievable. I have dealt with various moving companies in the past, both small and large, with my own truck and without, and I can say that Asap is hands down the best I have ever used! I had an enormous amount of belongings and large furniture pieces to be moved. They were right on time, quick to get started, took NO BREAKS WHATSOEVER, and moved my stuff into the truck in less than an hour. Then, upon arriving at my new apartment where the previous tenant had yet to vacate, they reasoned with him (on my behalf) and figured out a way to get my belongings inside despite the argumentative tenant’s late move out. Not only that, but they only took 2 hours total, start to finish. These guys are seriously the quickest, most efficient, kindest movers I have ever had the pleasure of using. I will definitely be going back to them the next time I move, as they made what could have been a very stressful endeavor, extremely pleasant! Thanks guys!

Amazing service! They came to my house, last minute, which helped me out a lot. I was a bit stressed when hiring them, but they gave me great customer service via email, and gave me updates before my alloted moving time to reassure me that I wasn't going to be waiting in my driveway all afternoon. Service left nothing to be desired, they were on time, very friendly and professional. They gave a very reasonable quote given how fast I needed them to arrive and finish, at least compared to the other 2 moving services I've used in the MTL area. The main difference between them and the other movers I had previously used was that these guys didn't take much in the way of breaks, plus they were very friendly with my kids, and I didn't walk away from the experience feeling slightly ripped off. The guys also took orders about how I wanted my furniture placed without scoffs or sideways glances, and took care of my fragile items accordingly. They clearly know what they're doing, took stock of what I had to move and brought the right sized truck immediately. I would definitely recommend A.S.A.P for their punctuality, professionalism and courteous behavior. Great experience all together, there is a reason A.S.A.P. Movers comes so highly recommended.

I reached out to ASAP because my grandma was moving into a seniors home. It was a difficult situation for her because she was leaving the house she had been in for 60 years and the movers were just AMAZING. They really made the whole thing a lot easier for everyone - they were very kind and attentive to my 88 year old grandma, efficient and professional without being abrupt or feeling like they were rushed in any way, on the contrary! They even found my grandma’s wedding band while moving a couch - she had lost it 8 years ago when my grandpa passed away... words cannot describe how grateful she was. The whole thing was just a home run! Would definitely recommend ASAP to everyone!

We used ASAP to move from Montreal to Ottawa, and we were very happy with the experience. From start to finish, they provided attentive, personal, and efficient service. We contacted several moving companies for a price quote, and ASAP not only beat them all with the lowest price, but they were the only ones to offer to come by the apartment in order to give the most accurate quote possible (free of charge). Manager Adrian responded quickly to all of our questions and concerns, and on the day of, movers Jermaine and Justin were prompt, cheerful, and hardworking. It was a tough job for just two people, but they handled it quickly and carefully. When a fragile piece of furniture was damaged negotiating a very tight corner, Adrian was quick to offer satisfactory compensation. We highly recommend ASAP, and will be telling our friends about them!
