Needed a place to store my household items for a month while between places, it was quick and easy to get a unit, the access was great. I would use them again for sure.

I never do reviews but not only is it for a good cause but the experience I have with Storage Mart every time I'm there is phenomenal. I've been going there to buy supplies on and off for a year now as my office is just down the road and they're always courteous, kind and helpful. The newest employee Sam not only jumps up to help and chat every time someone walks in the door but also joins me on the floor, asks what I'm packing and recommends what to get, how to pack and really listens to everything I say. The last time I went in, she even asked me how my sons wedding was. I didn't even remember telling her about that. I swear her smile could stop a war. She's been so bright and cheery both times I've been there lately. You can just tell from all of the StorageMart staff's attitude, helpfulness and demeanour that they want to be there. Lifelong customer here. If I ever need storage I won't consider anywhere else.

This Storage Mart is very convenient in location and Deb at the front has been very helpful with our company and getting us an extra locker at the last minute right beside our current one. Overall very happy.
