we used Alero to move on July 20/17.  The 2 fellows showed up on time and were very friendly. That was the good part. Based on the list of items I supplied on line I was informed the job would be 4.5 to 5.5 hours. The job took 8 plus 1 1/4 hours to drive from Okotoks to Calgary ( 40 minutes on a bad day). The fellows moving item carried 1 sofa cushion each and generally moved extremely slow. The truck they came with wouldn"t hold all the item even tho we had supplied the list. Overall fairly disappointed and would not recommend this company. Dale Barth
