I had stuff stored here for over 2 years and the staff was very friendly and responsive whenever I had to get in/out of my storage container, which was frequently!

Used Big Steel Box for a move from Calgary. Customer service was top notch. Delivery of the box on time and drivers were personable and friendly, knew how to load and unload, no problems. Would recommend for any move.
