Public Storage

Another great experience at Public Storage! I've used this particular location in the past and it is very safe and secure and managed by a very friendly and helpful couple that adds a personal touch to all their clients! They are very helpful in choosing just the right size storage unit which by the way are very affordable! I encourage anyone looking for storage solutions to contact Greg and Monique and they will guide you through the process making it simple and easy!

Today I had a fantastic experience at this location! We needed something quick and with certain features and they were quick and responsive in confirming they could meet our requirements. Upon arrival, we received wonderful, friendly and thorough customer service from the management couple ( who lives on site if you are worried about security! ) and had a great time chatting with them. The facility seems to meet all our needs and i would definitely recommend to others.

I drive past Public Storage on the way to work everyday. Went into to get a quote on a unit and Monique was kind enough to assist. She answered all of my questions and explained everything. Didn't need to pay anything up front and they held the unit for 2 weeks until I needed it. When it was time to get a unit Greg helped me out with all of the paperwork and provided me with everything I needed. These two and their staff have provided nothing but the best in customer service. I would highly recommend Public Storage off Blackfoot & Heritage.

Excellent service! The property managers, Greg and Monique, at the Blackfoot Public Storage are very helpful. Not only they helped me find the prefect storage size and saved me some money. They also has no problem when I kept on postponing my move-in date due to delay on my schedule. Very accommodating. The facility may be a bit outdated but it’s clean and well maintained. Also having the property managers living on-site is a plus; makes me feel safer on storing my stuffs there!
