Coquitlam Moving: Movers & Moving Company

Awful service and nasty scammers! Called to book a move then 24 hours later I decided to cancel because I was recommended a different company by a friend who is cheaper and provides quality service. When I had first called to book I was told the cancellation penalty applies when you book 1 day before the move date so I thought I shouldn't be charged anything since I called only 24 hours after my first call and about 6 weeks before my intended move date. Next thing I know that I am wanted to pay a cancellation fee of $130 "Truck fee" and when I explained to them that I was not informed of this the guy kept on repeating himself saying that I was informed. I didn't have time to argue so I asked for the manager and was told he was on a break and to call back in an hour!! (go above and beyond customer service) .. The manager called me back after he was back and said again that I was informed and kept on repeating the same thing over and over. When I argued with him he then said "Don't worry, you will not be charged any thing" I was afraid that they may try to do something regardless, so I had called my bank right after I called them the first time and blocked any transactions on my card and asked to be changed so they don't try to bill me. I found out later in the day that they tried to bill my card 6 minutes before the manager called me!!! Big time liars and once again awful awful customer service! Never recommending this company to anyone!

I had great experience with them. They were easy to communicate and we arranged everything quickly. I'm glad they respected my time frames, that was important to me. Their movers were excellent and I'm glad that they've treated my items like their own. Everything was done on time with no damages to my items. Glad to found them and I will do business with them soon again! I recommend them to anyone.

Excellent Service! On Time yes. Communication good. Professional Debatable. I was really very happy with the service I received with this shipper. They worked according to "my" time frames, were extremely professional & courteous; very hard-workers. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

I recently hired Coquitlam Moving: Movers & Moving Company to assist with my move, and had a highly satisfactory experience from start to finish. The crews were very professional and knowledgeable. They handled all of our belongings with extreme care. They are very honest and full of integrity, and I would highly recommend them for your next move.

These guys are really hard worker and so professional. They even build my bed , all that in the best mood ever! Thank you all for your hard work. I will definitely recommand you to anybody who needs to move.
