Whether you are a beginner or a long-time guitar player, the staff are endlessly helpful and kind. Will definitely be back!

Such a cool place. I and my husband visit this store four times now since we moved here to Montreal. They have almost everything and The staff was so helpful.

I'm from Sudbury and I recently bought a Wylde Audio guitar from Steve's Music in Montreal. And in my opinion, this is the greatest music store in Canada. Throughout the process of ordering this guitar, I had nothing but amazing service. The employees had a super great attitude, and very friendly. Can't wait to visit the store in person! 8/10 Great Staff, Nice new location. Very Modern compared to their old location. Drums are upstairs  like Toronto’s location. Normally I buy something in the percussion section but there was no beginner Tongue Drum which I was hoping to find. I just need to go to the Ottawa location then I’ve been to them all...-Dw

The best customer service I’ve ever received in a music store.  Huge thanks to Franko for taking good care of me and sorting me out with a lovely new discounted guitar.  There’s a massive choice and you are encouraged to pick up instruments and have a play   Its a great big shop, well located and they often have promotions. Could recommend it more highly.  I felt comfortable speaking English here, too - always a nice touch in Montreal!

Great service A must if you are looking for drums and P.A. sysyem Lauren in drums and Brian in P.A. Absolutly give great service and they are both very knowlegable in their respective fields. And Jason the store manager is the absolute best. A must for all of your musical needs at a superb price.

Spent more then 1week at phone and emailing to know how I can order article which is available on site but not in stock: even they support give completely incorrect info...I could not get clear response and which is working really....and it seems you need to go to they store twice: to order and to pickup  Totally  bad customer service...  This company is working as in the years 1970-80...it stays in the past century
