Such friendly, personal service. They are honest and never try to upsell me. They have a range of lower to high end products so that you can work with your budget. The shop itself is lovely and feels centuries old.

Went in for some string repair. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, offered a wide selection of strings in addition to shoulder rests, rosin, bows, various instruments, even busts of composers, and give student discounts! Turns out, the holes on my pegs were misplaced, so they helped me drill new holes to correct my strings. Very professional, and the staff's passion for their work clearly showed - in the background you could hear violin lessons for beginners while the staff did appraisals on antique violins and helped aspiring musicians pick out new instruments. Will go again, highly recommended!
