Have been going for a couple of months now, equipment and overall space is very clean. Front desk staff are super friendly, especially Hailey. She’s always welcoming and has a positive demeanour, even when I come early mornings. Can even venture for asking for a spot and she helps out. Great experience for newcomers and avid gym enthusiasts.
I went there for the first time and had the best experience with a worker named Catherine. She was so willing to help and answer all my questions about the equipment and how to use a lot of it. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with her as she is very outgoing and can hold a conversation well! Will definitely be coming back after this first positive experience!
Very good gym. The facilities are complete. Great environment. I’ve been training with a pt named Jay Fayaz. He’s very knowledgeable of the industry and within 6 months I have noticed results, which is what we all want ultimately. I highly recommend him.
One of the best gyms I’ve been in. Equipment is great and so are the personal trainers and discounts. I’ve lost a lot of fat and weight after training with my PT Era C. I got a lot of confidence with the machines and other exercises, found out how to count my macros and calorie intakes with her. Would highly recommend having her as a PT.
I started coming to Fitness World about a year ago and Jesse has been the best! I’ve never seen someone work as hard as he does to make sure the gym is cleaned up and looking nice. Every since he started working I’ve never had a bad experience, your lucky to have such and amazing employee!
Apart from the friendly staff, this place needs a lot of work: *Greedy to get more income, they are accepting new registrations regardless of the actual capacity of the gym. Often times, there are so many people inside the gym causing two main concerns: 1- If there is an emergency evacuation, there is no way to get everyone out without possible injury. 2- The members outnumbering the machines are desperate to work out, you will never enjoy a peaceful time without someone coming to ask you about how many sets your still have before you finish… I am naturally fast and never linger on machines doing nothing or busy on the phone, yet it never misses…It’s annoying! *Very poor housekeeping. Look closely at the machines and workout stations, dust is everywhere, dust is so thick you feel it staring at you and threatening to get into your lungs…It’s disgusting. I mentioned it to the staff twice, but no action taken. *The locker space is equipped with huge mirrors which is a good feature until you realize that these mirrors are placed right in front of the main seating benches where members like me coming straight from work need to sit and change. These mirrors are the attraction for some dudes, fascinated by their muscles, who occupy the space flexing and taking endless pictures sessions leaving no room for others to sit, change and get going… It’s vexing! Can’t wait to finish my full year paid membership to get the hell out of here and never come back.
I am new to the area and this gym is convenient for me. I work out in the mornings so it is not as busy but have heard it can be at night. Normally I am welcomed by Hailey at the front desk and she is so friendly and nice. It is a great way to start the day.
Just started getting back into working out and decided to give Fitness World a try. It was a perfect decision for me. Catherine who was the receptionist gave an amazing tour, was super kind, very knowledgeable and went in depth with the membership. If you ever need help, I would recommend asking for her!
Good gym..lot of equipment, 2 levels..well maintained.. personal Trainers .are really good. At understanding your fitness goals..lots of parking underground..front desk staff are friendly.clean locker rooms and shower stalls..l recommend.fitness world.. to anyone.. who cares about there personal health..
