I previously thought I could do exercises at home just by following some videos, but NO. Never, you could insist for more than a month at home. I'm glad I found this place and I have been coming almost every day for nearly 3 months! The staff are so friendly and encouraging and they do teach me a lot. I just feel comfortable coming here after a whole day tedious work. I already feel physically improved strength and gain confidence for myself. Thanks for all the ladies here! Love you all.
Love this gym!!! The only one I can ever stick to. The environment t is so fun and uplifting. The trainers are incredibly helpful and engaging. Would like it better if gym opened earlier like other locations at 7am.
I love this place! I joined about 6 weeks ago and for the first time I found something I look forward to going to! This is what I love: -No class times! No need to rush to get there, just get there whenever and I usually don't have to wait more than 2-4 mins before I can begin! -when you join you get gloves and wraps! Which is great that is included. -The trainers and owners at the Richmond location are great! So friendly and welcoming. It's such a good environment. With it being all women also, it is not at all intimidating. -There is a child area!! This was a HUGE plus for me. It is small and t unsupervised BUT visable from most of the stations I can bring my kids and I know they are happy and safe for the whole workout! Win win! -The workout is quick and super effective. You will SWEAT! such a great fast way to get in a workout. -It is a great way to let out any stress and frustrations. Plus it makes you feel like such a bada$$. -the whole place is kept nice and clean! Lots of airflow and fans. The bathrooms are nice too, they have tampons and hair ties in there as well which I think is a nice touch. Overall would definitely recommend!!! They offer a free trial too so a great way to test it out before you commit, but one try and you'll be hooked!
I have been a member of the Richmond Hit since 2016. I love the atmosphere and energy of the gym, the trainers are fantastic and the workouts are awesome! There are so many different combos that can be done, and no two workouts are ever the same which keeps it challenging. It's so awesome to have a trainer on the floor at all time to challenge you and push you to the next level. I love that the workouts are intense and your able to get a full workout done in only 30 minutes! Thank you to Celia and her awesome team for keeping the gym a fun place to unwind and get fit! Such an amazing community to be apart of. Since reopening after COVID, Richmond Hit has taken the extra step to ensure their members are always safe. I appreciate all the extra precautions the gym has taken.
30 Minute Hit has saved my life. After a really tough few years I needed support and a place to workout consistently as well as a form of exercise that would allow me to manage and relieve my stress. What I didn't expect, was the feelings of success and accomplishment that hitting those bags would bring me. It feels really good to connect with those bags and work on my form so I can improve and Hit harder. We are such powerful creatures, and when we have a healthy way to channel that power we see benefits to not only our physical health but to our mental health as well. To me, at this stage in my life, the benefits to my mental health are what drive me to continue to Hit. Celia and her amazing staff are wonderful and so encouraging. They have created a safe and fun environment to workout in and to belong to. We need to thrive not just survive. Having 30 Minute Hit to go to gets me through my days with more joy. Plus, there is nothing like the sound and feeling of solid hammer! : I feel grateful and excited to move into this new year with 30 Minute Hit as a huge part of my wellness routine.
30 minute hit is AWESOME! I really enjoy how great and welcoming the trainers are, giving everyone in the class attention and tips throughout their workout and help push yourself so you are always working hard! I love going in the morning because it makes me prepared for the day and to continue feeling great. I suggest to anyone who isn't the biggest fan of gyms to try, and I appreciate how you can drop in any time you need. Very happy I found them!
I started my 30 minute hit journey last October 2021. I have been very *stationary* since the pandemic began and I started getting tired easily. It made me realize that I should go back to working out regularly and start eating healthy since a lot of people are getting sick. I decided to try going to the gym again, since I used to go to those regular gyms. For other gyms, gym memberships don’t include trainers and 30 minutes in regular gyms don’t burn lots of calories. Since I just wanted to do cardio, sweat, burn fats and calories - 30 Minute Hit is the perfect option for me. I try to go hit everyday, and all I can say is that, it’s the best 30 minutes of my day. They offer home programs as well. The trainers are super nice and motivational!!! Y’all should check it out!
30 Minute Hit is no joke- time goes by so fast and it is a rejuvenating feeling after going through an intense kickboxing "obstacle" course. The location is located in a spacious warehouse space and you feel safe, welcomed in a female only workout facility. Shout out to Celia for motivating me through the process. I loved how they have trainers always on the floor to make sure you are doing the right form. Make sure you bring water, a towel and indoor shoes! For parents, they have a play area for your children so you can focus on YOU. 30 minutes is all it takes for a full body workout and I was told you have access to multiple locations with just 1 membership. After trying out 30 Minute Hit, it is definitely a new workout option other than going to the gym!
I LOVE this place!! 30 minute hit truly checks off all the boxes of an amazing gym that keeps me motivated to keep coming back. I had always wanted to try kickboxing/boxing, but was always really intimidated and didn't exactly know where to start. Ever since I joined, the amazingly supportive trainers here have not only helped me gain a new sense of confidence in myself and in what my body can achieve, but have also helped me find a new community of badass women who continue to empower and inspire one another!
This gym is awesome! I love the fact I can get an intense workout in on my schedule in just 30 minutes! The women and atmosphere here is absolutely empowering !
