My husband and I have been working out with Roberto for almost two years. He always makes sure we get a challenging, balanced workout and has gotten us both into great shape. My husband has lost 80 pounds, and I was able to maintain working out while pregnant. I know the work I did with Roberto helped me recover from my c-section quickly and I was even back to full workouts within three months!
In early 2013 I decided it was time to get healthy. I started walking and watching what I was eating. I lost the extra weight! But something was missing. I didn't feel toned and strong. I contacted Onward Fitness and was matched with the most fantastic trainer, Megan. She worked with me and it has been a great experience. I have learned so much about exercising and food. I highly recommend Onward Fitness. A great company!
Mark and I have been working out with Steve for over 18 months and have stuck with it. Yeah, he's that good! We have both lost weight, gained strength, endurance and flexibility. Steve tailors our workouts to what we can do - this isn't one size fits all - and changes the workouts often enough that we are never bored. I highly recommend Steve as a personal trainer.
I LOVE this place. I've been going to the AM bootcamp class for over 2 years now and have caught the occasional PM/Saturday class as I can. Every class is different and all of the trainers have different styles. Keeps it interesting - which is key at 5:45am! Great trainers, great rates, great friends, and great customer service. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.
I have been training with Onward Fitness for several months. I love how strong I feel and the difference in my fitness level in just a few months has been amazing! I highly recommend then for anyone who truly wants to get fit!
Working with Laura as my personal trainer has been such an amazing experience! She is extremely knowledgeable and kind! Highly recommend!
Been working out here for 5 years & plan on sticking around even longer. Onward's style is friendly, but not peppy; motivational and challenging, but not loud; and small and personal, but not expensive.
I would like to write a positive review of my experience but, since I have contacted him and received no response, I cannot. It must be nice to have so much business that you don't have to respond to requests for services. How long does it take to pick up the phone and call someone? Even if it is to say that you can't accept new clients.
