Awesome gym, been here for over 8 years and have also met numerous life long buddies! Great workouts, coaching, and location.

It’s been 2.5 years since I began crossfit at overdrive. The best!! Truly an awesome box with knowledgeable coaches and tons of fun!

Friendly, spacious, safe and accommodating. This box encourages and values individual growth. Great community, most welcoming box I've been too and the coaches are educated and very attentive!

Although this is way out of my comfort zone . The experience I had was beyond excellent. The coach Richard was very friendly, knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging.

Awesome Crossfit box. Came from out of town for a quick WOD and they were very welcoming. Good programming and knowledgeable coaches. Thanks guys!

This place is amazing. Not only are the coaches really nice people but they actually take the time to explain and coach you. The community is just down right awesome. Highly recommend this box.

I've been to a handful of boxes over the years and this box is one of the best boxes I've been to. Good community, attentive and knowledgeable coaches, and lots of space and equipment.
