I normally wait a month to experience the dealership s response to my enquiries, and how quickly they handle any discrepancies pertaining to the sale. Even though I miss my car dearly. I would like to thank Paul Langlois the salesman, David Duchesne, and Gino Ritchot for making the sale happen.  The service I received was swift and very friendly Paul and David made it look so easy. I was and still impressed by their responsiveness. I would recommend friends and family to this dealership and go back to them when I am looking for a new or used vehicle. Thank you again for a pleasant experience.

I want to send my thanks and gratitude to a few crew members of the service department at Sterling Ford. I met with Chad who quickly diagnosed my problem from only a video on my phone. Tim and Louise got me set up with a service appointment the next available day. They got me home safe with the shuttle driver, a very kind gentleman with whom I had a nice conversation on the way. sorry i never did get his name. Tech #1932 took care of my vehicle, made things right and I am very happy. They are really good people, knowledgeable and understanding. Sterling Ford has excellent customer service and they provide a non pressure sales environment which allows you to focus on your needs. We searched all over the city before returning to Sterling Ford after many experiences that were not ideal. The dealership itself is beautiful, clean and inviting and the process itself was absolutely stress free. Thank you Justin for making the experience a great one!

The best car dealership in town. I was hesitant but the minute I stepped into the dealership I was welcomed. Justin welcomed and helped me shop and find my dream car. He answered all my questions so that I can make an informed decision. Justin and the team did whole paperwork within 24 hours and hand me my car. If you want to shopping for a car, I highly recommend going into Sterling Ford car dealership in the Ogilvie.  I know this might sound a cliché but Justin and his team deserves more than 5 stars  review.  I will definitely recommend you guys to all my friends and family.

Tim from service is top notch. I recently went in for an unknown engine light problem. Tim solved it quickly and efficiently. Eliminating the need to go back for another appointment by squeezing me in same day. Exceptional customer service. I always get great service at Sterling Ford. Tony and Giovani in sales are also fantastic when shopping. A no hassle and no pressure approach. I will be purchasing my next ford at Sterling Ford.

I wanted a Ford Edge and knew a bit about them. I spoke to a sales rep and he explained the features. I definitely wanted cloth seats and definitely the color red/ruby. That was 2016 then I received an email saying I could upgrade to a 2018 for the same price and bought the exact same Edge again. Still have my 2018 an love. The comfortable ride and look are what I like the most.

The first dealership in the National Capital Region that actually listened to what I needed, and and then delivered. Sales process was smooth and easy, and the staff actually take time to talk to you rather than just pushing the sale through. Service department is also 5 stars. Always a thorough description of the work, and have a comfortable lounge area with refreshments while I wait. Highly recommend this dealership.

Sales experience was unbelievable. Randy made this the best possible experience. None of that typical car salesman stuff, which kills the excitement of a new car. Told Randy what I wanted, made it happen, set realistic ETAs and delivered when he said he would. Awesome experience! Thanks as well to Tony and Jessica. They were thorough, and diligent and made this such a breeze. Love my new truck!

Nothing negative to say about Serling Ford. This is my third vehicle that I have purchased in the last 6 years and satisfied. The service and the staff are excellent,  the dealership itself is modern, clean with excellent waiting area. I would definitely recommend .

I have dealt with Sterling Ford for many years.  They treat me with respect and look after any problems that arise promptly and professionally.  Live in west end but drive to the east for this service, well worth the extra time.  Thank you to Louis and team.
