Wallace Automobiles was established in 1963 by Allan Wallace on Ottawa's original used car strip Richmond Road, better known today as Westboro Village. In 1991 we relocated to our current location at 460 McArthur Ave, just west of St-Laurent Blvd.

I emailed about a vehicle I'm interested in. Over the course of a few emails they went above and beyond getting every piece of information I asked for including more pictures. Thanks for the great service!

Frank was great to deal with. Could not be happier with the vehicle. We drove 350 km to look at the vehicle on his word that it was worth the trip and it was. He stayed late because we got caught in traffic. Overall very happy.

Lots of great talk until there is a problem with the car. Then it is  - no response, delays, stonewalling. It seems as thought they just want to sell you the car but take no responsibility for it. Then why do you need a dealer? You might just as well buy private.

Bought a 2011 Sienna and couldn’t be happier with car and purchasing experience. Not sure why there are so many poor reviews -  the cars are good value for the price.
