Greatest experience buying a vehicle. Moe did everything needed for me to get the best deal and financing. Even after I took possession of my Mini he still was able to talk to the bank and get my payments reduced. I highly recommend you visit Ottawa Mini for your next vehicle.

Entire staff are excellent. Came in with a small issue Reset tire pressure sensor after the service department had closed on a Friday. Chris, the Parts Manager, who was leaving at the time offered to fix my issue, off the clock and for free. If that's not dedication and customer service, I don't know what is.

I leased my second car with Mini. Every experience was great! The sales person Chloe is very supportive and respects my every concerns. She is super patient to assist me to find my exactly dream car!

I have been interested in purchasing a Mini cooper for a long time. I finally decided to pull the trigger. Dealt with a very pleasant team over a Mini Ottawa. Moe was great and helped me get approved at a fantastic rate.

Thankful for such great staff members at the Mini Cooper Ottawa location, especially for Johnny Ghazal.
