Very good experience. Just one issue. I was called shortly after I got home to ask if I wanted to reschedule my appointment since I had not arrived. Minor issue really, but it would have been much more professional if the person making the phone call had known I had already been there.

A beautiful facility with amazing staff and impeccable display of hospitality even if you are buying a used car. I drove from Toronto to Ottawa to get the car. Ms.Leah Massih and Mr.Zarjan Hafizi made the drive definitely worth it. They also stayed late on a Saturday to deliver the keys.
